Two Paws up for
Nora!
 |
|
When Nora was planning her 9th birthday
party she remembered our story “Two Paws Up For Gracie” and
decided to throw a benefit birthday party to raise items and
money to donate to The Capital District Humane Association. Nora
has an adopted dog, Sing Tao, so she knows the good
organizations like CDHA do for the community. She gathered
several of her friends: Moe Ka, Grace, Will, Rebecca, Mackenzie
and Olivia along with her brother Colden and had a party with a
purpose. They contributed dog food, puppy food, cat litter and
money to help the animals of CDHA. These gifts come at a time
when they are really needed by us as the items donated during
the holiday season are really dwindling.
Nora and some friends came by the Clifton Park PetsMart where
CDHA holds dog adoption clinics once a month to drop off the
donations. While there the group also gave some extra special
love and attention to Chiquita, a Chihuahua up for adoption.
Thanks Nora, we think you are doggone grrreat!
